1. Price comparison only — not a ticket seller

BuyOrWaiit is a price comparison platform for event tickets, including NBA, NFL, World Cup, MMA, concerts, and similar events. We aggregate publicly available or licensed information and link to third-party ticket marketplaces such as SeatGeek, StubHub, VividSeats, and Ticketmaster.

We do not sell tickets, process payments, or fulfill orders. Any purchase is solely between you and the third-party platform. Their terms, fees, refund policies, and consumer protections apply to your transaction — not these Terms in place of theirs.

2. No guarantee of ticket delivery

Because purchases occur on third-party sites, we do not guarantee ticket availability, validity, delivery, or entry to any event. Any issues with orders, refunds, chargebacks, or event cancellation must be resolved with the seller or platform you used.

3. Price signals are informational only

Features such as “BUY NOW”, “WAIT”, scores, trends, or similar labels are informational summaries based on data we display. They are not financial, investment, or legal advice, and they are not a promise of future prices or outcomes. You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BuyOrWaiit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site.

We are not responsible for price changes, missed opportunities, delayed or failed ticket delivery, event cancellations, seating disputes, or any loss arising from reliance on information shown on BuyOrWaiit. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

5. Email alerts

If you sign up for alerts, you agree that notifications may be delayed, incomplete, or not delivered due to technical issues, provider limits, spam filters, or other factors beyond our control. Alerts do not guarantee any price or availability.

6. Prices and availability

Prices and inventory shown on BuyOrWaiit or linked sites may be outdated, approximate, or not reflect real-time availability. Always confirm details on the third-party checkout page before paying.

7. Use at your own risk

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of BuyOrWaiit is at your own risk.

8. Affiliate disclosure

This helps support the service and does not change the price you pay on the partner site for that transaction as set by the partner.

9. User accounts and data deletion

When user accounts are offered, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You may delete your account and all associated personal data at any time through the account tools we provide, or by contacting us at buyorwait33@gmail.com, subject to legal retention requirements.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to scrape or overload our systems in violation of our technical limits, circumvent security, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

BuyOrWaiit is operated from Poland. Unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and courts in Poland may have jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have as a consumer under EU or local law.
